Supplier Data Bridge
Bring supplier price lists and stock files into your store catalog: match their SKUs to yours once, compare suppliers, and download only the changes you approve.
Before you start
- No account, no daily limit. Files are read on your device and never uploaded.
- Files: CSV, TSV, TXT or XLSX, up to 100 MB and 200,000 rows per sheet.
- You need your store catalog plus one or more supplier files.
Five steps
- Files — drop your store catalog and set its currency. Add supplier files; for each, set the supplier name, currency, whether it is a full or partial list, the sheet and the text encoding.
- Columns — pick the header row and decimal separator, then say what each column is. Required: SKU (or item ID) and product name.
- Review matches — nothing is matched until you confirm. Confirm, reject, remove a match, or create a new store item from a supplier row. Undo is available, and you can confirm many at once.
- Suppliers & changes — see what changed since the last import, pick the main supplier for each item (nothing is picked for you), optionally set a selling-price rule (markup % and rounding), then approve or skip each change. Stock is never changed.
- Download — WooCommerce files, a Shopify CSV, or an update file for KiotViet, Sapo, Haravan, Bitrix24, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, BigCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Odoo, Foodics or any other platform. Also: supplier offers and a full report in Excel.
The shop import files are experimental — import them into a staging copy of your store first.
What is saved
Column settings, confirmed matches, suppliers, pricing, approvals and baselines are saved in this browser only, so next time you only review what is new. Use Download backup / Restore from backup to move them to another computer, and Delete saved data to wipe them. In a private window saving may not work.
