Tailscale offers accepted startups a free business plan for one year for up to 30 users, plus priority support. Applicants must be first-time customers with a work email and active company domain, and companies beyond Series B are not eligible.

Conditions (7)
- Only first-time Tailscale customers qualify; current and former paying customers are excluded.
- Applicants must use a company-domain work email; personal and free email addresses are rejected.
- The company must have an active, working website or domain and create a new Tailscale account associated with that domain.
- The main eligibility criteria welcome pre-Seed, Series A, and Series B startups.
- The FAQ states that eligible startups must be at Series A or earlier, contradicting the main criteria.
- The program targets early-stage, product-focused software and hardware startups building new technology; service businesses and retail or ecommerce companies are excluded.
- Admission is selective and applications are evaluated individually.
